Access to an international business network: Members have a solid network of contacts with cooperative organizations at international level.

CIBP LINK training programme: Since 2007, CIBP offers a training programme for cooperative banking executives to address today’s challenges and interact with peers on the cooperative idea while increasing their leadership strength.

CIBP Global Network programme: This programme offers a unique opportunity for all employees to build a network and to learn from other financial institutions in a different country by practicing your language skills.

Learning Journeys: We organize and coordinate tailored-made visits to the different members that belong to CIBP in order to foster exchanges of knowledge and best practices.

SPARK: Online exchanges with executives and experts from other CIBP member institutions in order to fire up meaningful discussions in the field of innovation.

SPRINT: The Sprint is an occassion to connect and engage seniors specialists in an international approach of innovation and technology. This is a collaboration involving members and external experts to generate knowledge, tools and frameworks to be used by all the CIBP community. Based on a methodology of innovation sprints, relevant material will be published to inspire and serve the real challenges of our community.

How become a member?

Cooperative and Popular financial institutions : The membership of the Confederation shall be open to Cooperative and Popular financial institutions whose main aim is to encourage the development of small and medium-sized enterprises through the offering of financial services. Geographical criteria : CIBP, as an International Organization, welcomes Cooperative and Popular financial institutions from all countries.
