Dear Members of the International Confederation of Popular Banks,

We are reaching out to inform you that during our Ordinary General Assembly held on April 25, more than 3,000 attendees approved the 48th Fiscal Year, corresponding to the closing date of December 31, 2024, along with its Annual Report and Financial Statement.

On this occasion, we commemorated the International Year of Cooperatives, echoing the words of our President, Mr. Carlos Heller, who reaffirmed our commitment to the values and principles of cooperativism. This year offers a valuable opportunity to highlight the importance of cooperatives in promoting financial inclusion, sustainable development, and community well-being.

At Banco Credicoop, we firmly believe that cooperatives represent not only an economic alternative, but a model that contributes to building fairer and more equitable societies. Through collaboration and mutual support, cooperatives have proven to be a driving force for positive change in many communities.

We look forward to sharing experiences, learning from others, and working together to strengthen the cooperative movement globally.
